This review contains spoilers. I'm just starting chapter 15 and it's just ok so far but the romantic relationships haven't really moved forward at all.

After the initial intro of the potential love interest, the story seems to focus more on the characters as coworkers navigating office politics/culture and bonding over that than their potential romantic relationship.

There are some sections that are just like walls of text that keep reiterating the same thing over and over from previous chapters about the new "villain-employee-of-the-week" 's attitude or work ethic. I find myself skimming and skipping over some of these parts and it doesn't help that the font size is kinda small.

This is very dubcon-y/non-con in certain parts. The premise is that the main character is gay but only sleeps (bottoms) for straight guys who are backdoor virgins in a series of one night stands due to his "principals" to not get attached to anyone.

The main love interest is someone who we find out has been obsessed with and stalking him for the past like 10 years or something, but MC hates the guy and only knows of him from work.

LI ends up sleeping with MC who refuses to sleep with him again due to the "only once" rule. LI then pays one of the next one night stands to swap out with him during their "date" so he can have another go at MC. All of the interactions between MC and LI end up being very dubcon-y.

Another ick is there are times where MC walks around with a b*ner at work or sunbathes naked at job sites. And while the coworkers (except the boss and one friend) aren't shy about their disgust, it's still a wtf kind of scenario bc who does that??

In the end MC decides to date the stalker/LI and I can't remember anymore if the stalker fully confessed or if he'd only mentioned having been "curious" about MC for a while once they started working together.

This review contains spoilers. It's OK but the ending was a bit disappointing as the main character decides to remain a woman. I was hoping they'd decide to go back to being a man since that's the person/body that the love interest originally fell in love with.

Was able to read through this for free due to a current promotion but probably wouldn't have done so if I'd needed to unlock the chapters

This review contains spoilers. There's not a whole lot to the story here and it's over pretty quickly, almost like it was a speed run. The set up for the meeting with the love interests plays out exactly like planned and they live happily ever after (i assume - haven't actually read the last chapter but read thru all the rest since I unlocked multiple at once which was a mistake)

They sorta tried to do something interesting with the brother's personality/motivations towards the end but it didn't really land since everyone got what they wanted.

I'd say read the first few and thats all you really need to get the gist of things, but save your money for something else

This review contains spoilers. The set up for the first few sexual encounters is very dubcon-y and also occurs while the FL is in a relationship, but she's kinda dumb so doesn't even see anything wrong has been done (to herself or her partner).

You don't see many series where there's a chubby/plus size FL who's face still looks "normal" (as in not a caricature compared to other characters) so that's a point in the right direction, plus the art style is cute. Kinda short tho and overall I wish I would've saved my points for something else.

The FL is "accidentally" r*ped by her future brother in law while he's drunk - FL doesn't seem to see it that way tho bc she's secretly in love with him. The encounter is never talked about by FL so no family or friends knows what happened.

She's then blackm*iled into a noncon "relationship" with an ex-hookup turned stalker who's in a relationship with her close friend.

She leaves to study abroad and when she gets back to Japan she's then blackm*iled by her new boss who was her previous fwb - seems like it was one sided love on his part. She never told him about her study abroad plans and just ghosted him before leaving the county. The new job is the reason she moved back to Japan in the first place but turns out it was a scheme orchestrated by ex-fwb/new boss to get FL back in his control.

I read thru all the available chapters (5 or 6 at this point) hoping it would move away from the noncon/dubcon stuff but seems it's going to be an ongoing plot device which is not for me

This review contains spoilers. Only read first chapter - the mc drugs and r*pes the love interest bc he's frustrated with the situation that causes them to have to work together. I'm assuming the rest of the story is mc falling for this person but another reviewer said the drug/r*pe happens at least once more and that's not for me
